Adding A Unique Touch To Your Plain White Shirt

Perhaps you were unaware of the fact that a white T-shirt makes a great fashion statement. Think of your white top as you would of a canvas. It can be used for the production of a whole lot of lovely paintings.

So it is the same thing when you actually wear it. Think of all the different designs that the white T can pull off.

If ever you are confused about what to wear to a party, try going for a white top. You could pair it with some classy blue jeans or perhaps a sexy mini skirt, either of which you could then combine with layered necklaces for accessorizing. All eyes will be drawn to the accessories, and the other guests will not even notice that you are wearing only a plain white shirt.

The white top can be paired with a whole lot of other clothes. You could wear it with both shorts and miniskirts. You could also pair it with a bright blazer with a motif that will really set off the shirt. The color white catches people’s attention. Not just that, it also has the effect of making a person appear really fresh and cool.

For a white top that is loose, belt it at the waist so that it gives that hard to achieve, casual yet still elegant, look. Do not think that a white shirt is in any way boring. Roll up your sleeves, and use some glitter or rhinestones to jazz up the ordinary look.

A canvas is white and boring only until you paint it. Why not use some glitter and decorative stones to paint the shirt and give it a whole new look. After all, it is the same as a canvas, just that you wear this particular canvas. 


The weather tends to get really hot and sunny in the dry season. You will want something cool, to ward off the heat. Just modify that convenient white top to make a tank top. 


Get hold of a pair of scissors and cut off the arm of the shirt. Experiment around with the collar to make a new design that you like. All you really need is some creativity. Let it loose and do not be afraid to make something completely new.

How Webcams Bring The Whole World Closer To Home

This seemed impossible even twenty years ago. Today, through internet access virtually everywhere, we are able to visit anywhere whenever we feel like getting online.

Google brings the world, free of charge, to our fingertips through two powerful programs. Google Earth and Street View. Both can be viewed in map style, in addition to a ground level perspective. Through these innovative interfaces, anyone can visit anywhere in the world. With the click of a mouse, discovering places or re-visiting others are possible.

The capability of the internet to be able to take us to places before we actually go visit them is a great resource that was always unheard of until now.

While these are impressive tools, they do have a major drawback. Because these programs are based on imagery, it doesnt take long for the static pictures to become out dated. Luckily, there are webcams transmitting live video feeds to us from all over the globe. Anywhere there is an internet connection, webcams can display real time video for anyone to view.

One small limitation to live webcams is that they can be hard to search for. Out of the generosity of time and interest, some web surfers have put together webcam directories. Thanks to their efforts, many webcam feeds have been organized and categorized for us to enjoy.

Using directories takes the viewer on a tour of the world like never before. From the skyscrapers of Hong Kong to the Grand Canyon, virtually every place on Earth has a webcam. Even in Iceland, when the Eyjafjallajokull volcano erupted, viewers were able to see it happen in real time.

There is a whole world waiting to be discovered on the internet, and webcams make much of this possible. Just when you think you’ve seen it all online, a new site shows up that gives us access unlike any other time in our history.
