Hi great video. Using a Verizon V3c razr and trying to get some photos off the phone. I followed your tutorial to the letter, but when I booted the program up, under File Transfer, the buttons to transfer to and from the phone are dimmed, and for some reason it does not recognize the phone as connected. Anyway to fix that? Thanks a lot for your time!

Thx for the help, it worked and i was able to get the multimedia portion up but now the computer doesn’t recognize the phone. Any ideas? i’ve already tried several different usb cords w/ no luck. Razr V3m phone.

Once I’ve changed the modem to CDA Generic, it does not show the carrier as Verizon (US). The carrier is just blank. So then when I change it to V3 later, I can get into multimedia studio but it says my phone cannot be detected. What am I doing wrong?

make sure you have version 4.51 because when I downloaded and used version 5 (i think it was 5, the latest version) it didn’t work until I downloaded v4.51….in V5 the menus were different

Do you mean show up on the computer or on the phone? you have to go into Multimedia studio and click File Transfer Studio. And then you should know what to do from there. The menu kinda speaks for itself

U R Awsome….does anyone have any idea how to make a Motorola i290 work with this program to put ringtones on it? Because I have the Razr V3c and it works but my brother has a Boost Mobile Motorola i290 and when I tried to plug that phone in and install it it didn’t work. I just had to watch this video again to make the multimedia pop up because I just plugged my Razr in again.
